Cure For Cancer, Diabetes, marijuana and cocaine addiction, glucose intolerance, obesity, what more do you want!

August 20, 2008 by parrish.corcoran

**I did not expect to be the first one to show up on google when "cure for cancer diabetes" was put in, however now that I am I am rapidly adding more information for everyone and updating this as fast as I can**

I have been doing quite some research on am251 and its effects on the body with cb1 receptor blocking.

With the cb1 receptors. I am going to be the first human test subject using am251 at 2mg/kg IV. I am also going to monitor myself. It looks like this can stop growth of brain tumors, stop glucose from metabolizing in the body and cut down people with obesity. By smoking large doses of marijuana while my cb1 receptors are blocked and my cb2 receptors will pick up the benefits of the cannabinoids with out the psycho-active effects. I know the effects of am251 might cause amnesia and epilepsy.

AM251 is a cb1 cannabinoid receptor antagonist, very similar to sr141716a am251 has a slightly better binding affinity for the cb1 receptor than sr141716a, yet is more selective (found on wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AM251)

There are two endocannabinoid receptors found in the brain and elsewhere in the body, Cb1 and Cb2 receptors.

from the national geographic website on marijuana, i have learned that "The other receptor, called CB2, is found in tissues in the rest of the body and triggers a cascade of biochemical reactions that can help combat inflammation. "
http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2008/06/080624-marijuana_2.html

This means that chron's disease, caused by inflammation of the intestines could be alleviated as well.
With the am251 injected, the THC will no longer give people the psychoactive effects including paranoia, depression, and the high.

cb1 and cb2 are found in the liver, and the intestinal tract along with in the brain. with the cb1 receptor blocked, glucose cannot be transfered through endocannabinoids in any part of the brain, and only the theraputic effects of the cannabinoids can be used through the cb2 receptors

I want to state that i am glucose intolerant. I am doing this study on myself to be the first human subject using am251 alone and with marijuana and the cannabinoids it puts out.

I found usefull information on NCBI as well here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17499236
and learned that "activation of cannabinoid CB2 receptors improved glucose tolerance after a glucose load"

on science direct (http://www.sciencedirect.com/science?_ob=ArticleURL&_udi=B6SYR-4J7B137-1...)
I also found that two polyclonal antibodies were raised in rabbits from cb2 activation. This could also point to health benefits of using the combination of the drugs can raise antibodies and could be used for aids patients as well in the future.

In my self experiments i hope to find that:
1) i can not get high smoking or injecting marijuana or the cannabinoids it contains
2) I will be able to eat grains and other glucose containing
3) Start a wave of beneficial studies that could help thousands if not illions of patients suffering from cancer, chron's disease, diabetes or glucose intolerance, or marijuana and cocaine dependence.

I really appreciate your courage and your dedication but I honestly think you should ask a doctor’s opinion on this. It seems quite risky. Besides this experiment, are you taking any other drug treatment?

A study made by Cliffside Malibu showed that pot (marijuana, cannabis) has indeed many medical benefits. As we know, there are states where doctors use marijuana a treatment for different diseases. However, even if people believe pot is not addictive, both of them can create a physical addiction.

Cannabis is one of the most medicinal plants known to man, and the high is part of that medicine.

That sounds dangerous

There has been little research on AM251, it does seem that the potential benefits could be very promising, however I would not say Cancer Curing. The Problem lies in chemo. Chemo wipes many things out of the body and I doubt, correct me if i am wrong, that the receptor antagonist AM251 will likely do any good.

I am actually very curious as to find out the results of this experiment. Please do not hurt yourself.

If this does not harm you, this could result in some major studies, and hopefully some breakthroughs.

Do you have cancer? diabetes? are you obese? What good will this cause you? Can you elaborate more on how everything will work?

We all love guinnie pigs, but do not get ahead of yourself. Safety first, for the sientific community and yourself.
