The latest Science Shelf Newsletter is now online. It includes plenty of interesting titles, plus one I review negatively.

That review of Denialism: How Irrational Thinking Hinders Scientific Progress, Harms the Planet, and Threatens Our Lives by Michael Specter laments the author's condescending treatise on an important topic. All complaints and no solutions offered!

Fortunately, I have seen a wealth of other intriguing books, even though I have not been able to review them.
